Artichoke Hummus Dip (Oil free)

  • Food Processor


For the Hummus

  • 1 1/2 cups Chickpeas (Drained)
  • 1 cup Artchokes (Soaked)
  • 2 whole Garlic Gloves
  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 1/2 cup Aquafaba
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

To Garnish

  • Cilantro (Optional)
  • Paprika Powder (Optional)


  • Add in the Chickpeas, Artichokes, Garlic Gloves, Tahini, Aquafaba, Salt and Pepper in a food processor.
  • Blend the ingredients for about to 7-12 minutes. The longer you will blend the ingredients together, the creamier the hummus will get.
  • Serve the Hummus in a bowl. Garnish it with Cilantro and Paprika Powder.
