Artichoke Hummus Dip (Oil free)
This Artichoke Hummus Dip tastes amazing and it is made out of nourishing and wholesome ingredients. This recipe creates a delish tasting hummus in no time!

For the Hummus
- 1 1/2 cups Chickpeas (Drained)
- 1 cup Artchokes (Soaked)
- 2 whole Garlic Gloves
- 1/2 cup Tahini
- 1/2 cup Aquafaba
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Cilantro (Optional)
- Paprika Powder (Optional)
Add in the Chickpeas, Artichokes, Garlic Gloves, Tahini, Aquafaba, Salt and Pepper in a food processor.
Blend the ingredients for about to 7-12 minutes. The longer you will blend the ingredients together, the creamier the hummus will get.
Serve the Hummus in a bowl. Garnish it with Cilantro and Paprika Powder.
