I love the taste of coffee! But sometimes a simple coffee does not really cut it for me. Hence why I wanted to create a recipe that combines coffee and a smoothie all in one. If you love coffee as much as I do, this Morning Coffee Date Smoothie is for you!
Smoothies are a great way to boost your energy levels and provide you with a ton of good nutrients. If you make them the right way, they just taste like heaven. And while I love green smoothies, sometimes all I want is a little bit more indulging, but still something healthy. Here is where this recipe comes to play, providing a delicious and creamy texture and a coffee enhanced flavor.
This Morning Coffee Date Smoothie is only made with 5 healthy ingredients and naturally sweetened with juicy dates and fruity bananas.
What I love most about this recipe is that this recipe comes together in just about 5 minutes. You could even prep the ingredients the night before. Just put the ingredients all combined in your high-speed blender and keeping it in the fridge for overnight if you can. Then pulse it in the morning, making it the perfect breakfast on the go.
